PAYMENTS
In our online vape store, we accept the most common payment methods, allowing you to freely choose how to pay: Credit Card, Bank Transfer, Cash on Delivery, Satispay. It is also possible to pay in 2-3-4 installments with monthly debit on a credit card with Alma.
You can pay for your order by completing the payment with a credit card. The payment data collected uses the most advanced encryption systems (SSL) and relies directly on Nexi's secure server to ensure maximum security.
Upon completing the order, you can choose to pay by bank transfer in advance. You will receive a confirmation email containing our bank details for making the payment. This method is not recommended for urgent orders, as the shipment will be made only after receiving the bank transfer.
Any purchase can be paid in cash on delivery directly to the courier at the time of order delivery. For cash on delivery payment, an additional cost of 2.90 euros is required. In case of choosing this payment method, it is recommended to prepare the exact amount in cash at the time of payment to the courier.
If you have credit from a previous return or a gift voucher, you can use it to place your next order! At the time of ordering, click on "Do you have a discount code?" and enter the code before pressing the "Purchase" button. If the credit is not sufficient, you will be asked to choose one of the offered payment methods for the difference.
Credit from a previous return or a gift voucher does not expire! To check the total and validity of your credit, visit the "My Vouchers" section of your reserved area.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
In accordance with European regulations, the right of return is within 15 working days. To make a return, you must send us an email at supporto@vapeinitaly.com and wait for the return to be approved. The products must be returned in their original packaging, complete in all their parts, in good condition, carefully packed with the destination address clearly visible. We do not refund products damaged due to insufficient packaging. Please use an external protective box to prevent damage during transport.
The 12-month warranty applies to all products on vapeinitaly.com except for atomizers, inhalers, head coils, clearomizers, replacement tanks, and e-liquids, where the right of withdrawal is possible, for hygienic reasons, exclusively if the product has NEVER been used and, in the case of liquids, the product must not have even been opened.
Always ensure that the package is intact before signing. If the package appears visibly damaged or opened, you must accept the shipment with reservation by writing exactly "ACCEPTED WITH RESERVATION FOR DAMAGED PACKAGE" and contact our technical support (vapeinitaly.com/contact-us). Without acceptance with reservation, it will NOT be possible to initiate the refund procedure for any damaged/missing products.
All products must be returned intact and in their original box. We cannot accept returns of products without the original box.

SHIPPING
For every order placed by 1:00 PM on our vape store, our staff will do their best to ship it the same day. Home delivery will be made within 1-3 working days in Italy (2-4 working days for islands and remote locations).

Yes, we deliver throughout the European Union as well as throughout Italy.
Once the order has been shipped, we will send you an email with a link to track your package online (the tracking number). Sometimes it is necessary to wait until the morning after the shipment to receive the email. All the details related to your order can be found in the "Order History and Details" section of your personal area.
