All products sold on vapeinitaly.com are covered by a legal guarantee of conformity as provided by the Consumer Code D.lgs. 206/05 which protects the consumer in case of purchase of products that are defective, malfunction or do not respond to the stated use.
Vapeinitaly.com guarantees its products and their accessories received intact in accordance with the relevant regulations in force.
For all perishable goods, such as box mod electronic cigarettes with built-in batteries, there is a 6-month warranty from the date of purchase evidenced by a valid tax document. Normal performance decay of internal batteries that occurs with each charging cycle (wear and tear) is not covered by the warranty.
In any case, the date of purchase shown on the fiscal document is valid as the temporal validity of the warranty; therefore, the eventual replacement of a damaged device does not allow the use of a new warranty.
Electronic products that do not contain built-in batteries enjoy the warranty according to current regulations; however, mechanical damage to the USB and/or Micro USB ports of devices with interchangeable batteries do NOT enjoy the warranty, as lithium cells can be recharged externally. Other types of mechanical damage will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
Rechargeable batteries (e.g., 18650, 18350, 26650 etc.) being consumable products are NOT covered by warranty because it is not possible to verify whether they have been misused.
Clearomizers, replacement tanks and atomizers are products of a mechanical nature, therefore covered by warranty ONLY for physical manufacturing defects (broken glass, non-conforming threads, non-conforming paint etc).
Replacement heads (also called coils or resistors), and all electronic cigarette liquids are consumable products and do NOT carry a warranty.
The warranty on products purchased from vapeinitaly.com does not include normal wear and tear. It does not operate if the defect or damage was caused by use not in accordance with and/or contrary to the use for which that good is generally intended.
To enjoy the warranty, the product must be returned in its original packaging.
Will NOT enjoy warranty all those products to which will be found nonconforming operations such as:
- repairs or interventions carried out by unauthorized personnel
- intentional opening or tampering with the unit
- manipulation of the assembly components
- defects or damage caused by dropping, breaking, lightning, or liquid infiltration
- defects or damage caused by mechanical, chemical, radio and thermal influences
- vaporization problems related to non-electrical defects (e.g., flooded, burned head etc.)
It will be the responsibility of our customer service department, which can be contacted during office hours via email (support@vapeinitaly.com), chat or ticket, to provide all useful information in order to facilitate the return process. The withdrawal of the return will be booked by vapeinitaly.com on the recommendation of the customer. the return costs are €4.90 that will be deducted from the voucher that we are going to issue once we receive the returned product.
Damaged or opened package
Always make sure the package is undamaged before signing for it. In the event that the package is visibly damaged or opened you must accept the shipment with reservation writing exactly"ACCEPTED WITH RESERVE FOR DAMAGED NECK" and contact our technical support (vapeinitaly.com/contattaci). Without conditional acceptance you will NOT be able to start the refund procedure for any damaged/missing products.
