For any order placed before 1pm on our vape store, our staff will make every effort to deliver within the same day. Home delivery will be made within 1-3 business days in Italy (2-4 business days for islands and inconvenient locations).
Any order placed after 1 pm will be shipped the following day. Delivery time will be 1-3 business days in Italy (2-4 business days for islands and inconvenient locations). The courier we use is GLS, which offers excellent service with home delivery throughout Italy.
Once your order has been shipped we will email you a link to track your package online (containing the tracking number, which is the tracking number of your order). Sometimes you will need to wait until the morning after the shipment to receive the e-mail. You will be able to view details about your order in your private"Order History" area
